Munkam is a brokerage and consulting firm based in Paris, born from the desire to do things differently.
Our ambition is to offer a committed, independent and human approach to brokerage, serving businesses and expatriates, with particular attention to women's health, which is too often neglected, in traditional health guarantees.

Munkam is the meeting of two complementary paths:
Jean Orgonasi, 35 years of experience in insurance, creator of 2 startups, former student of the École Normale Supérieure, expert in personal insurance
Djamila Sedjerari, with over 20 years of experience in insurance, including 19 years spent working with HR and expatriates around the world.
Today, our career has prepared us. Listening, analysis, service, commitment: all of this has taken on meaning in this adventure.

Founder
Djamila Sedjerari
With 20 years of experience as a broker in the international social protection sector, she has advised the largest French groups on their mobility issues within market leaders, with in-depth knowledge of management problems.
As a trusted partner, it now provides advice with complete independence from insurers and managers.
She works with particular attention to women's life paths, for international mobility projects and long-term protection needs, in health, pension or life insurance.
Co-Founder
Jean Orgonasi
Entrepreneur and expert in the insurance field, with over 35 years of experience. A former student of ENS Ulm, with a doctorate in physics, at BNP Paribas Assurance, he was responsible for over 15 countries and the global protection business line.
In 2014, he co-founded Digital Insure, an insurtech pioneer in the digitalization of mortgage insurance, integrated into the French Tech 120 program.
After very rapid growth linked to the quality of management, he sold the company with 150 employees to Odéalim group in 2022.
He is also the founder of Advisorlink, a solution dedicated to the management of orphaned and dormant clients in insurance portfolios.
